Any exchanges or returns must be reported to our customer service within 5 days of the day you receive it. Please email custsvc@worldwidehealthstore.com with your name, phone number, order number, and reason for return.

All products that are being returned must be in the same condition as received, we will not accept opened or partially used items.


If you try a product and are unsatisfied with the product's performance please contact the manufacturer directly for any possible exchanges/refunds. We will gladly accept any returns that are fully sealed and are in the same conditioned as received within 30 days. When returning your items please package them so they will not get damaged in transit back to us.

Some special order items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If the fee applies to a particular product, it will be noted on the detail page of that particular item.
